Who are we?

Trailer Parking Lots LLC, was founded in 2023. We offer truck parking and drop yard solutions for Logistics & Railway but we are more than parking! We are transforming logistics landscape in the supply chain. We offer locations throughout the United States.

What do we do?

We streamline the supply chain for railways and logistic companies by utilizing drop yards. We optimize processes and enhance efficiency to ensure seamless cargo transfer.

Why do we do what we do?
We saw a problem and decided to fix it!

Railway and Logistics Industries highly prize safe and secure truck and trailer parking lots. Unfortunately, there is a national truck parking shortage. Inadequate truck parking, drop yards and staging options for railway, truckers and logistics affect the safety of all highway and expressway users and the economy.

Trailer Parking Lots is committed to addressing and ending the national truck parking lot shortages with strategic solutions. The company's mission is to improve the safety of all highway users by providing safe solutions for short and long-term truck and trailer parking. We value security, excellence, and quality. Our goals include providing tailored truck and trailer parking solutions and attaining high customer service. We want to exceed all expectations. Truck and trailer parking is an intense problem in the entire United States. This intensity is due to the anticipated growth of truck and trailer traffic on the roadways, as there's been an upsurge in freight activity from the continued development of the U.S. economy and the rise of e-commerce. We have found that the available truck parking directly correlates to highway safety for the public and truck drivers. Truck parking has diverse needs and can vary from location, time of day, freight demands, and road and weather conditions.

How will we accomplish our goals?

Trailer parking lots will elevate supply chain in logistics by adapting to emerging trends, embracing sustainability, optimizing Intermodal Transportation, leveraging data-driven efficiency, and exploring innovative services.

Our company also desires to develop partnerships with state, federal, and public entities, industrial associations, community leaders, and academic researchers to find answers to the truck parking shortage. We also encourage all levels of government to consider the reduction of the regulatory burdens that limit the construction and expansion of truck and trailer parking lots.
